Terms of Service for Solantris

Welcome to Solantris. These Terms of Service govern your use of the training programs, digital products, and materials offered on solantrispro.pro. By accessing or purchasing any offering from Solantris, you agree to these terms.

2. Training Services

Solantris provides specialized training with an emphasis on spiritual growth for directors and business owners. All sessions are led by certified facilitators and designed to foster strategic insight and personal development.

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule any session up to 7 days before the scheduled date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Requests received less than 48 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

2.2 Refund Policy for Services

For group workshops and seminars, cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not refundable due to nonrecoverable preparation costs. Individual coaching packages are non-refundable due to allocation of personal resources and scheduling commitments.

3. Digital Products

Solantris digital offerings include e-guides, recorded workshops, and proprietary materials.

3.1 Licensing

All digital products are licensed, not sold, and intended for personal use only. Redistribution is prohibited.

3.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products

Digital product purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of download if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, please submit a request via our support form. Approved refunds will be processed as a credit to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Tangible Materials

Solantris may offer printed manuals, journals, and other physical goods.

4.1 Shipping and Handling

Shipping times vary by location and may be estimated at checkout.

4.2 Refund Policy for Tangible Materials

If physical items arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund. For ordered items that are in good condition, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Procedures

To initiate any refund request, contact us through our inquiry page with your order details. Include a clear description of the reason for your request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.

6. Modifications to Terms

Solantris reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on solantrispro.pro with an updated effective date. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
